Any information you can provide will help us better understand your goals. If you have a budget in mind, need assistance finding a contractor, or already have a contractor assigned to you with specific allowances, please share those details. This information will enable us to give you the most accurate estimate possible.

Following our consultation, we will offer you two pricing options: hourly and flat rate. Flat rate fees are based on the project scope and are billed in three installments. Hourly rates are charged monthly starting from the date of signing the contract. Once the contract is signed, you will receive an invoice for a deposit. This deposit will be applied toward your first hourly or flat rate invoice.

Yes! We customize our services to fit various budget ranges and will collaborate with you to identify the best options within your budget.

Main Line Design is a subsidiary of Radical Renovations, LLC. Unlike most design firms, we have a strong foundation in construction. This expertise allows us to thoroughly understand the complexities of the building and renovation process. We prioritize clear and effective communication between our design team and the general contractors and subcontractors. While we are part of the Radical Renovations umbrella, we are open to collaborating with any contractor.

Yes! All of our designers hold bachelor's degrees from accredited design programs. We highly value this education, as it is fundamental to the design-build industry.

On average, a project takes between 3 to 9 months, depending on its size and scope. All projects begin with the creation of mood boards, which will be sent to you for review within one week of signing the agreement. 

For clients involved in new builds or renovations, material presentations will be submitted within 3 to 5 weeks after receiving feedback on the mood boards, followed by the furniture presentation. Furniture presentations are also typically submitted within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the project's size and scope. 

We strive to align product lead times with project completion dates and will keep you informed at every step of the process.

You are not required to purchase everything we recommend; however, out of professional curiosity, we would like to know if you appreciate our designs. Please note that all purchases should go through us. We source items from various vendors, including some that are trade-only and major retailers. As a design firm, we receive discounts at most places, and we pass these discounts on to our clients, along with a design fee.

This fee covers our time spent sourcing, ordering, managing receiving, and delivery, and overseeing installation. It also addresses any damages or issues that may arise during shipping. Rest assured, we will never charge you more than the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP), so you can be confident that our pricing will always be competitive.

Yes! We'll provide rendered elevations and 3D renderings for most projects.

We can work anywhere! We have a team of experienced designers who've worked on projects across the country. Additional travel fees may apply but all details would be laid out in our contract.
